The starting point of our quality policy is to offer high quality, excellent food to our consumers. All work processes of the company are subordained to and established based on this principle. In order to achieve our goal we continuously develop our products and technologies, we strive to expand our knowledge on nourishment and gastronomy, we aim at strengthening our market position, we represent our country at the international market and in various organisations and we support the institutions of knowledge, health and culture.


Our aim is to establish a creative working environment for our employees and to ensure fundamental quality assurance and food-related health safety requirements. As a result our employees are personally committed to the production of high quality products. Our acts and goals are regularly monitored and supervised, thus our company is continuously improving its manufacturing and hygiene processes and our manufacturing and sales culture. Furthermore we expect the same approach from our suppliers and consequently we continuously monitor the joint work with our suppliers.


We apply various systems in the area of quality assurance: BRC, IFS and ISO 22000 standard regulations are applied in an integrated system. Two of our factories are approved by the US Department of Agriculture.  We pay special attention to hygiene, the operation of the HACCP system and international system-based requirements of food safety in order to ensure the production of safe products complying with the laws and European requirements.
